ABSTRACT In this compilation, we report Carcinoma Left Buccal region (cheek) which presented as spontaneous, sudden rupture of the facial artery and spreading hematoma of the left half of the face. Further expansion of the hematoma was checked by immediate compression on the inferior border of body of Mandible.

Hematoma resolved with conservative management and the patient underwent a resection and pedicle forehead flap reconstruction of the defect. This was followed by Radiotherapy for the node and the primary lesion.
