25 years male while playing football had a severe hit of ball on right lower chest. He had pain which was releved with diclofenec injection. Moderate pain persisted. He visited Surgeon. X-ray chest in lying position showed a horizonatl level of opacity. If it was fluid, it will not show horizontal opacity.

A chest tube wil be dangerous. It will enter the chest parenchyma. He was treated with chest physiotherapy. The subsequent x-ray after 5 days showed resolved opacity.
