A 48-year-old man, the non-diabetic presents with acute onset of severe itching maculo-papular rash, diffuse spreading all over the back (only back). There are no prodromal symptoms and no other signs... there is no rash in any other part of the body. Pictures enclosed.

His BP is controlled with 3 drug regimen, recent sugars and CBC are normal. HIV negative. He is otherwise very healthy.
