A 69-year-old female presented with suddenly developed lesions on the extensor surfaces of her arms and legs, with similar lesions on her back and chest, asymptomatic. She was initially treated for fungal infection (lesions were initially a brighter red and looked like tinea corporis), but treatment had no improvement in the condition of the patient. Lesions have not changed in 8 months except for becoming deeper and purple colored.
