A 28-year-old married woman came to chest physician with chronic cough and fever refractory to treatment. She was diagnosed as a case of category1 pulmonary tuberculosis and put on DOT's regime. After 2 months of treatment, she came with amenorrhoea and was having pregnancy test positive but she was not ready to accept as she was also on oral contraceptives for the last 4 months.

Can ATT cause oral contraceptives failure? What should be the further line of action ? Please share your views.
