I want an advice from my fellow colleagues. I am 58 years diabetic, hypertensic on medication for 15 years with OA both knee of severe intensity which have changed my lifestyle a lot. I am having steady loss of weight for few years. On June 2014 I was 63 kgs and now 58 kgs, all earlier and present investigation parameters are within normal limits including HIV, XRay Chest, Thyroid and PSA. In june 2014 I was admitted in ICU for severe palpitation diagonised with AF with AVR, in echo no RWMA with normal AV systolic function and normal valve.

I was managed with IV Cordone released after 24 hrs with Sinus rhythm and later on with Metoprolol  50. My USG shows borderline Spleeno megaly and prostomegaly with mild diffused infiltration of liver. HBA1C is 5.4%.
