What is the treatment for the lesions with fever

A 13 days old male baby 1.9 kg came to OPD with above lesions since 4 days first appearing in flexor aspect of arm and having fever since 2 days. Birth history- term/2kg/delivered by normal vaginal delivery. BCIAB. Home delivered. Mother is registered and immunized, G2P1L0D1.

G1-Female baby NVg Delivery expired at age of 4month due to pneumonia. Mother currently on ART. Completed AKT course 4 years back. O/E Euthermic, C/T/A-good, HR-150/min, RR-45/min, CRT<3sec,SpO2 -97% room air, S/E NAD. What treatment should be given?
