Stillbirth is defined as a newborn having no sign of life at delivery. It is one of the most common adverse outcomes of pregnancy with nearly 2.6 million of women experience the death of their babies in stillbirths during last trimester of pregnancy or during labor. Current article deals with the causes and remedies for stillbirth prevalence. Problems A gap between the large stillbirth burden and the absence of this issue on the global maternal and newborn health agenda.
