AIM & FOCUS ON TREAT IN INDIA, President, elect Indian Medical Association (IMA) said that the Indian Medical Association (IMA) was of the opinion and demanded that the Criminal prosecution of Medical negligence and Clerical errors against doctors should be abolished and needed an amendment. Addressing media persons at a Press Conference at Jalandhar today at Press Club the IMA President said that violence against the doctors has increased manifold during the last few years. He said it seems as if some antisocial elements hatch a conspiracy against medicos and indulge in violence which is a matter of great concern.
