When you are under constant threat of performing and that too always right, it reduces your efficiency to a large extent. Doctors are supposed to be extremely observant, quickly decisive and prompt in actions related to treatment of anyone approaching them whether critical, serious, unwell or otherwise. Now, the question is what all is expected from a doctor in an ideal setup with adequate support in the form of manpower, equipment, civic amenities and evacuation facilities! We find that in public sector things are not ideal except in some areas or institutions.
One can say that in Corporate sector things are definitely better as for as working environment is concerned.
