Thousands of medical aspirants were shocked after MCI made sudden changes in the eligibility conditions for seeking PG admission to all-India quota seats. This change has come when the second phase of allotment was just about to start.
Previous notification: In the FAQ published on the PG medical/dental admission for 2018, MCI had clearly stated that those candidates who did not join the institutes, where they were allotted seats in the first phase of allotment or those who quit the institutions after joining for the course before the second phase allotment, will not be eligible for submitting options for the second round of all-India allotment.
