A 52 year female with the history of hypertension and diabetes since 5 years suffered a sudden bilateral loss of vision complaint of retro-orbital pain accompanied. MRI and CT brain were quite normal, loss of vision occurred 2 years back.

Now she regained some vision, she has undergone treatment with steroids and immunosuppressants. What could be the prognosis and any further treatment is there and how to manage her further?
