A male aged 70 yrs who underwent Laproscopic cholecystectomy was discharged and was doing well and all of a sudden on 10th Postoperative day at home complained pain retroxhiphisternal region. Cardiac evaluation was done preoperatively and at every step postoperatively. Physician who hapenned to be the son of the patient attended him ----- because of previous thorough check up and cardiac evaluation did not think it seriously and just gave him a tablet of Digene and went for jogging.
Immediately the Physician got the call that his father is not well and by the time physician - son came only to see that his father is no more. What are the possibilities for the cause of death.
