A 51-year-old female patient was presented for the evaluation of recurring pyogenic granuloma on the buccal and palatal gingiva between the maxillary right bicuspid teeth (as indicated in the 1 st image panel). The lesion had been excised 4 times and the diagnosis of pyogenic granuloma was confirmed histologically (as indicated in the 2 nd image panel). Please suggest alternative therapeutic approaches for this patient.
