Asymptomatic skin lesions present over the shoulder and neck since 1 year. Treated for pityriasis versicolor but the condition still persists. Lesions are macules (neck) and plaques with pitting (shoulder).

Few lesions are present over the abdomen. Kindly give your opinions.
