A 23-year-old female came to me for c/o irregular periods. She was undergoing regular TT for having chronic kidney disease. On doing a pelvic scan, she was diagnosed with PCOD. I gave her TT for that and meanwhile she conceived. Now having 2 months viable foetus.

She had undergone dialysis last year twice. Now her creatinine levels are more than 3.5. Should she continue with her pregnancy or abort the foetus? Give suggestions.
