The patient had a medium-sized cyst in the lower jaw, near the chin region. This was slowly growing in size.

It had got infected and also had a fistulous tract to the external chin. This needed a fine precise surgery to save the teeth and also to remove the cyst and also to prevent an obvious scar on the chin.
