A 35 yr old lady with h/o recent abortion by a rural quack got admitted (to our medical college where I was a house surgeon) with shock & pulmonary oedema. She was given oxygen, dopamine drip & lasix & antibiotics. ECG was normal. Doctors were suspecting myocarditis as she was not responding well. 3 days later I noticed some yellowish thing passing through the urinary catheter repeatedly along with the urine. Doctors said it's no problem.
Finally after a couple of days, they took her to a higher facility. What was the yellowish thing? Was any investigation necessary? Please help. Thank you.
