Multiple myeloma (MM) is one of the rare and largely incurable malignant diseases of plasma cells. It accounts for 10% of hematological malignancies. According to epidemiological studies, MM was found in 3% of patients with the age of greater than 50 years old and progresses to myeloma or related disorders at a rate of 1% per year.
