A leading orthopedic surgeon was suspended for 5 years for practicing with the expired license. This decision came in response to a complaint against 8 doctors for negligence. It will also be worth to mention that the said doctor is practicing for the last three decades without valid registration of MS orthopedic with state council or medical council of India was pointed out in a complaint. All seven doctors were exonerated of all charges but the said doctor was punished for the lapse of registration.
