32 year right hand woman came to clinic with many days back history of left shoulder pain and numb along her forearm and fifth finger, resulted by elbow extension in physical works. I thought it was medial epicondylitis and treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug.
When she awoke the following morning, her left arm had swollen and color change. What I do now!
