Quackery of cross-pathy type affects adversely only the MBBS doctors and not specialists and superspecialists. AYUSH practioners using Allpoathy, are patient-referral banks of many specialists and superspecialists. Such specialists and superspecialists, therefore, hesitate in getting this sort of quackery abolished. This is one of the reasons of failure of anti-quackery-drive so far.
Thanks to those specialists and superspecialists (though they are very less in number), who are already wholeheartedly helping MBBS doctors, by truly being against such quackery.
