These days I see our young medical students are very busy at solving the MCQs. PG entrance exams are based on MCQs.

In this process the art of good clinical history taking, general and systemic examination of the patient, learning important procedures and arriving at some provisional diagnosis is ignored. Probably this is a an important reason of deteriorating medical education.
