Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) is one of the most commonly performed lifesaving cardiac procedures. While its outcomes are generally excellent, rare complications can present significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. The patient presented with recurrent ischemic symptoms after stent implantation.
