One often comes across various OPD Patients complaining of vague weakness, giddiness, faintness, etc. In 10 percent of cases a definite cause can be established. But the remaining continue to be a mystery. Drug induced phenomenon which are largely ignored by the medical fraternity come to mind.
With whatever wisdom is there at our disposal, we continue to investigate and treat such cases endlessly many a time to our as well as the Patient's utter frustration. No relief of symptoms is reported by the patient and the treating Doctor is clueless. Could anybody present a flow chart or advise a fool proof method to evaluate and successfully treat such conditions?
