If the tumour is anterior to lens the presentations are painless and progressive, visual field loss, blurred vision, paracentral scotoma. If the tumour involves the angle of filtration the presentation are angle-closure glaucoma, sec glaucoma, ocular hypertension. If the tumour involves vitreous the presentation is vitreous floaters.

Sometimes severe ocular pain is the only presenting feature in some very rare cases. one may be presented with severe fatigability, loss of weight and loss of bladder control.
