Why is it that only Medical Professionals have to have a teaching experience of three years before becoming a teacher? This is not applicable for any other subject. For MCI it is three years teaching experience, for UPSC it is three years teaching experience after PG.

Does anyone realize the conspiracy? Is anyone aware how this ‘three years teaching experience’ issue started? Why is it still continuing?
