A 4 day old patient with weight 3.4kg full term LSCS done for obstructed labour. No birth asphyxia suffered spontaneous pneumothorax but sealed without any intervention but his platelets are decreasing daily from 91/77/today 55000. There r no sign of infection.

Ampi n geta given for 3 days accepting feeds active alert no sign of bleeding disorder. I  want to know d reason n any danger to him.
