Female patient of 38 years, on T. thyroxin 25 ug since last 6 months. At present no significant symptoms of hypothyroidism. Present thyroid report showing T3 & T4 high normal, TSH lower normal level, i.e. less than1.

According to her, she had a weight gain of 3-4 kgs in this year & her periods becoming somewhat irregular since last 3 months. She is getting acne at this age. No other gynaecology problem. Can she continue the same dose of thyroxin or stop it?
