A child of 15 years came with the complaint of jerky movement, episodic, 4-6 times in 10 minutes for a short time & disappear for last 10 years EEG normal, imaging study: normal. Blood test within normal limits. Consultation: 10 doctors of various speciality and super-speciality across India. Tried with clonazepam, valproate, Carbamazepine, Levera etc with some or no effect.

New therapy tried with haloperidol 0.25 mg and the patient responded. What is your opinion?
