I have got a pt who is around 30 yrs old who was very well without any diseases till late dec 2016. He started to notice that there was ringing sensation continously in his rt ear. One fine day he suddenly developed vomiting and giddiness where in the vomitings were continous with 15-20 episodes which got subsided only after admission. He was asymptomatic for 3 mnths and the same scenario repeated again and after 7 mnths of duration where the tinnitus was persisting.
Patient feels better after vomiting and taking IV ondansetron and IV Prochlorperazine. What could be the diagnosis of this case? What is the treatment approach?
