A 31 yrs old nulliparous lady presented with urinary retention for last 3 months. Urine r/e & urine c/s normal. X-ray KUB nomal, S1 vertebra spinal bifida. USG KUB & pelvis showed increased residual urine (65CC), Polycystic overies--> Both ovariesare bulky in size.
There is evidence of increased stromal echogenicity & tiny follicles arranged peripherally noted in both ovaries. Right & Left ovary measures: 38mm X 20mm X 37mm, Vol =15cc. What is the possibility of pregnancy of this patient? What next thing needs to be done?
