25 yrs male presented to me on 7/4/2015 with diminished vision , pain and redness in Left eye of 1 hr duration. He was having h/o injury to LE with cricket ball 1 hr back. BCVA LE was 6/18. Circumcorneal congestion, 2+ cells and flare in ac were other finding in Ant segment. Fundus examination revealed Berlin's edema .
Pt was managed with topical and systemic steroids along with cycloplegic eye drops. vision improved to 6/12 and pain resolved. Pt lost to f/u. Pt again came to me 1 wk back on 8/5/15 c/o decreased vision . fundus examination revealed macular hole and confirmed on OCT .What will the management
