We all need to tackle difficult patients. These are the ones who complain all the time, and also that behave we are never happy with your services. While it's no fun to deal with them, some of them can provide you with pearls of wisdom, so don't brush them off. While your heart may sink every time you see them, you can try to figure out what you can do to keep them happy.
While some will have unreasonable demands which you will never be able to satisfy, the process of doing this will help you improve your practise. These are the vocal patients, who speak up, and if you can delight these difficult patients, your level of service for the majority of your patients will improve dramatically. Treat these patients as treasures, because their feedback will help you to get better!
