A 50 years old woman known diabetics under medications on routine check up has been found to be positive for HBsAg. The patient is asymptomatic, CT abdomen revealed hepatomegaly with fatty liver. FBS 131 mg%, CBC, LFT, KFT, TFT normal.

Patient is obese and now she is apprehended. What should be the further line of action?
