Based on the Godin-Shephard Leisure-Time Physical Activity Questionnaire, the mortality rate of 12.9/1000 person-years (PY) in active participants , 13.4/1000 PY in moderately active participants, and 32.9/1000 PY in insufficiently active participants was found.
