Hi patient aged about 60 years came to me with complaints of fasiculations generalised . now he is having severe major joint pains.he is now on gabantin and sambal 30 since 5 years . he is diabetic On insulin bd 24 units blood sugars under control. polyarthralgias in early hrs. With no stiffness . now I'm trying with alternative med approach pains got controlled .
but still I'm using gabantin 300 mg bd . suggest me any alternatives to help the patient to be free from the condition. All reports with in normal expect homocysteine, CPK were raised. pet scan done normal.
