A 10 year old female child presented to OPD with complaint of papular skin lesion in patch noted since last six months. Initially 1 patch and then increased. Similar small patch over other knee. No history of any systemic symptoms. No history of atopy.

What are the d/d? What is the treatment? I have came across such lesion first time. Parents are very anxious.
