A 30-year-old lady is having a 2-year-old child and is suffering from Sjogren's syndrome since last 1.6- 2 years.The lady was on Tab hydroxychloroquine (200mg) bd and Tab prednisolone (2.5mg) od and she was very well tolerating and now she is on Tab hydroxychloroquine od and Tab prednisolone alternate day and symptomatic treatment for myalgia or arthralgia and dryness of mouth.But she is having the complaint of neck pain and muscular pain. What should be done? Start previous schedule?
Is pulse iv prednisolone and Methotrexate be more helpful than current Rx? Kindly suggest.
