5 year old female child presented with multiple, recurrent ring worms on whole body(except head n neck) with severe itching since 3-4 months. Syrup levocetrizine helped in reducing intensity of Itching but not completely resolved the problem. Clotrimazole, terbinafine and other combination creams used but no permanent effect.

Pt. is hygienic, belongs to middle class. Kindly advice treatment.
