Interleukin-4 induced protein is widely studied in cases of snake envenomation and in many malignancies, for eg B cell lymphoma. I wanted to read about this but was unable to find a adequately explanatory research article or review.

Can please someone explain the exact role that Interleukin 4 plays as far as snake envenomation is concerned.
