But then there was difficult to put Endotracheal tube. Then the patient was referred to dental, we planned to do Laser surgery to remove the fibrosis.
3 unit blood transfusion was done and HP raised to 12%. Laser surgery was performed on table 27 mm mouth opening without any fibrolising medicament, no bleeding no post-operative problems. It was done under LA.
