A child aged 5 years having fever for last one weak. Fever is intermittent  comes at different times of day he has been treated by Amoxicilin, Ibugesic citrazin I. Investigation TLC 4500, polymorf 40, lympho 52, eosinophil 4,  mono 4,  typhi dot IgG, IgM negative, malaria antigen negative, dengue negative.

Suggest probable treatment.
