A 21-year-old male presented for treatment of hereditary angioedema (HAE). He experienced weekly episodes (increasing in severity). He had no history of ICU admissions but visited the emergency department several times.

He discontinued danazol due to the concern of long-term side effects. Past medical history : HAE, depression/anxiety, no known drug allergies for danazol Family history: Mother and brother with HAE Social history: Unemployed, lives with mother Review of Systems: Negative Laboratory findings:
