UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention has signed a memorandum of understanding to ensure the supply and distribution of medical and pharmaceutical stocks during an emergency. This move is in line with the efforts of UAE to strengthen health security, to promote proactive planning and rapid response systems by ensuring availability of medical stock supplies. Under the agreement, the list of medicines covered several products for the treatment of infections and diseases affecting digestion, respiratory diseases, and bone diseases.
