A patient aged 62 years, male diabetic on Inj Human Insulin 30/70 18 & 12 units. On ATT since 25th May 2015 & now on AKT 3 with uncontrolled Hypertension. Presenrtly he is on Telmisartan 40+Hydrocholrthiazide 12.5 + Amlodipne 5 in the Morning and Amlodipine 5+ Prazosin 5 at night. B.P. varies in the morning between 150-170 mm of Hg / 80-90 mm of Hg and in the evening its' between 182-202 mm of Hg / 88-102 mm of Hg. Lipid Profile Normal. Thyroid Function test normal. Blood Sugar under control.
Blood Urea Normal. Se Creatininne 1.4 mg/dl. Proteinuria + USG whole Abd Normal. Chest X-Ray showing healing Koch's lesion Rt upper lobe. CKD-EPI Creatinine EQ (2009)- 68 (mL/min/1.73 m2). Any suggestion for Control of High B.P. please?
