This is not related to any case. An acquaintance of mine is a Gynaecologist, joined 4 months back in private hospital which was supposed to convert into medical college. She worked there for 4 months. They had just given her December half month salary till now. They continuously told her since March to quit from job but she gave them one month notice period and want to relieve in a legal manner. But in between this period they told her that as she is 22 weeks pregnant they do not want to trouble her and want to relieve her right now from her duties and will give all her dues in next 5- 10 days.
So she gave them her resignation 13 days earlier as per management discussion. But till today she got nothing. This was likely to be harassment. What should she do? Should she forget her salary?
