Case of double vision (diplopia) after injury (one and a half month) in a patient. The patient was very much disturbed by the double vision considering his young age (mid 30’s). Surgery was performed with subtarsal incision, exposure of floor of orbit, tarsorraphy, elevation of eye globe and placement of titanium mesh.

Normal vision was restored in the patient to his contentment. The joy to be seen in the patients eyes was heart warming made me proud to b an oral surgeon.
