There is a new case of p.koch disease after taking ATT 4 drugs for only 12 days; his LFT deranged sgpt and sgot more than 250 and al. Phosphatase normal below 60. USG WNL no hepatic change.
Should we stop pyriz out of four drugs ? Or should we udilive for 10-12days and repeat LFT. What should be line of management?
