A 2 years old baby having cough and cold, off and on from last three months with Hb 8.5gm, not responding to oral iron therapy. Yesterday evening she vomited thrice and slept in very tired condition with a complaint of headache. Has a mild fever, cold, and dull today. Cbc normal, Hb 9.1gm, ESR 39;mm.
X-ray chest posted shows crowding of ribs on Right side, Left side rib cage normal? Dextrocardia, Emphysema in both lower lobes? Pneumothorax on the Left lower lobe. Very confusing stat, kindly suggest whether it is a congenital anomaly or infection.
